Fabulous Fourth Grade Newsletter – December 13, 2024 Edition

Dear Families, December 13, 2024

We had so much fun with our Pre-K buddies today! We made gingerbread houses with them! Please look below for some fun photos!

From Mrs. Scarlett – This week we studied Sound Waves and the students made paper cup telephones with a partner. We discovered when a speaker talks into a cup that vibrations are created and travel down the string (yarn) to the listener. We closed the lesson Thursday with a small group demonstrating how to do a 4-way conference call. The students had fun with the hands on science lesson!

A weekend with Pebbles is here at this SignUpGenius.

Blessings,

Fabulous Fourth Grade Newsletter – December 6, 2024 Edition

Dear Families, December 6, 2024

We are loving Advent! We created our own Liturgical Calendars. If you get a chance, to see them outside our classroom, please check them out this next week! Below are some pictures showing your children and their work!

Some parents have let me know that our secret Advent Angels that we have in our classroom is a hit! Students are praying for their person, writing a note, and giving them a random act of kindness. I enjoy hearing your children being extra kind to each other!
