GUIDELINES
-book must be at middle-school reading level (check with Ms. Zech if not sure)
-book genre must be dystopian fiction
ASSIGNMENT (13 marks):
This month, you have a CHOICE between creating a comic strip (at least 5-7 boxes in your grid) OR a diorama!
All Book Reports should include:
- An 8.5″x11″ piece of paper (for comic strip) OR a scene that is about a middle school shoebox size (1 point)
- A pivotal scene that depicts important dialogue (at least 3 of your comic strip boxes)/chatting between two characters (3 points) and vivid imagery (2 points)
- An accompanying index card (3×5″) to include: title and author of book (1 mark), a 3-5 sentence description of your scene, the importance of it in the overall novel (3 marks), and why you chose that scene (1 point)
- Neatness and attention to detail (2 marks)
