I am Mom to
four wonderful kids: Brendan (26),
Philip (24), Callison (21) and Caleb (17). On July 4, 2011,
I added a new daughter, Angie,
to my family when she married my son, Philip...so now I have five
wonderful kids!!!!
I live on six
acres with assorted creatures: 3
hens, 3 goats, 3
dogs, 1 old mare, and
a cat who makes sure no mice or rodents pass by!
For fun, I
enjoy cooking for others, visiting my family around the US, riding
dressage, singing with friends, skeet shooting, reading about history,
visiting with the elderly, and traveling.
During the
summer of 2011 I spent time in Hawaii,
with family in Kaneohe and Laie,
and time with friends on the island of Kaua'i.
Highlights: discovering someone's prayer
corner on the beach, snorkeling
at Hana'uma Bay,visiting the Red
Dirt Shirt Factory, seeing a sea
turtle bobbing in the waves with local surfers, and our annual
trip to the Lynden Fair for a Moo-wich
and some wild pony fun!
