How To Apply

Thank you for your interest in Assumption Catholic School. Assumption Catholic School welcomes applications for children Preschool through Eighth Grade regardless of race, religion, color, or ethnic origin. Our application process consists of the four simple steps we have outlined below. We look forward to welcoming you into the Assumption Catholic family!

Please feel free to contact us with any questions you my have.

Step 1 - Contact us

Please contact us to receive more information about brochures specific to your area of interest (Preschool, Kindergarten through 8th), grade forms, a student recommendation form to be filled out by a current teacher, and a parish registration form for Catholic families new to the Church of the Assumption. For tuition information please click here.

Step 2 - Meet with the principal/tour

This informal meeting is our opportunity to learn about your family and answer all of your questions. We will share who we are at Assumption Catholic School, what we have to offer, show you around the school, and give you the opportunity to meet our staff and see our students. We can also explore what specifics you are looking for in a Catholic school. Please contact us to arrange this visit.

Step 3 - Schedule a Student Visit

Students entering grades 1-8 are invited to spend a day as an Assumption student and experience our school for themselves. If you are considering our Preschool or Kindergarten program, we invite you to schedule a parents-only classroom observation. Parent observations are welcome in our other grades as well. To help ensure we are the right fit for your family, student visits and/or parent observations are strongly encouraged.

Step 4 - registration/Student Assessment

Once you have registered your child/ren and paid the registration fee, all entering students need to take an assessment. This is simply our way of seeing whether or not we can meet his/her needs. Once the assessment is scheduled and taken we will determine if your child is accepted and will send you an acceptance letter. All students are automatically put on probation for the first semester to ensure that our school is a good fit for your child/ren.

If accepted, you will also receive tuition payment information. A second letter follows in June with details about uniforms, supplies, required immunizations, etc. You will also be connected with a buddy family so that they can help answer any questions you have along the way.
